How your audit information is used

Your report

When you request a report, we save your name, business, email, mobile number, answers and optional business figures. We use them to provide your report, review the findings and handle the relevant follow-up you requested. Records are held in the Vendace audit system and Vendace’s GoHighLevel account.

Your saved report link is private to anyone you share it with: it contains your business figures. Keep it safe. The separate “Share system scores” option excludes those figures and your contact details.

Your choices

You can leave optional figures blank. Do not include student or member personal information. To request access, a correction, deletion or an end to follow-up, email Ben or reply to a report email.

Browser storage and measurement

Your browser stores unfinished audit answers for convenience. The system counts audit activity by brand without storing an IP address or a browser identifier in analytics. Test submissions are excluded. Owner records require sign-in and an authorised account.
